Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Legends Poker Room & Social Club services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Membership Requirements

To become a member of Legends Poker Room & Social Club, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain current membership dues
• Comply with all club rules and regulations

Club Rules and Conduct

All members must adhere to the following conduct standards:

• Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other members
• Follow proper poker etiquette and game rules
• No illegal substances or smoking inside facility
• Cell phone usage should not be distracting to other members or staff during active play

Game Registration and Participation

Game registration is subject to the following terms:

• Registration is first-come, first-served basis
• Waitlist positions are maintained in order of registration
• Cancellations are requested to be made at least 2 hours before game start
• Game formats and rules are determined by club management

Payment and Billing

Membership fees and charges:

• All membership fees must be current to maintain active membership
• Refunds are not provided for unused portions of membership periods
• Membership Fees allow you to participate in Cash Games and Tournaments

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

Legends Poker Room & Social Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

• Violation of club rules or terms of service
• Non-payment of membership dues
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Any illegal activities on club premises

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this platform are owned by Legends Poker Room & Social Club and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notices in the club

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
